I’m Danae, a Sydney Birth Doula, Optimal Maternal Positioning (OMP) Birth Educator, Pregnancy / Prenatal Yoga Teacher , Gut Health Microbiome Coach (Stanford Health), Ketogenic Nutrition coach, based on the lower North Shore of Sydney.

I have supported and prepared over 500 families across Sydney for the beautifully transformative experience of birth. My purpose and passion is “peak health” and ‘”peak state” for fertility, pregnancy, birth, postpartum and motherhood. I absolutely believe and witness women thrive and transform in the experience of birth and I am here to empower you (and your partner) to have the best journey possible!
